How Our Buyback Program Works

Choose your Gown

From our Curated Design Collection, you can choose your style elements and fabrics. (Our fabrics range from premium bridal fabrics, to recycled, reclaimed and natural fibres)

Your gown will be made to measure and fitted to your body in our studio (No hidden costs)

​

Interstate and International brides are welcome to use this service, however, if you are unable to visit the studio, you may require minor alterations, which you will need to find your own alterationist.

Celebrate in Style

Enjoy wearing your custom made gown for your wedding!

Return Your Dress

​​Return your gown to our studio in person or post. We will take care of dry cleaning.

Upon inspection, you will receive your offer. (A pre approved maximum is supplied when ordering your dress. However, if there are significant stains or rips, it may be lower. See FAQ's below)

Get Paid

Once your gown is inspected and offer accepted, you get paid!

 How Does Your Buyback Program Work?

After selecting and wearing your gown from our Curated Design Collection the process for buyback is as follows:


Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • After your wedding, visit our website and fill out the buyback request form and select an appointment for us to inspect your dress.This can be in person or via zoom for our interstate or international brides.

  • Provide your order details, gown condition, and upload recent photos.

 Step 2: Receive Your Offer

  • Our team will assess your dress and send you a guaranteed buyback price.

  • Offers are based on dress condition, style, and demand.

 Step 3: Ship Your Dress (For Interstate and International Brides)

  • If you accept the offer, we’ll provide a shipping label for easy returns.

  • Carefully package your gown and send it back to us.

 Step 4: Quality Check & Payment

  • Once we receive your gown, we conduct a quality inspection.

  • Payment is processed within 7 business days via your preferred method (Bank Transfer or PayPal.)

 Step 5: A New Love Story Begins

  • Your gown is refreshed, repaired if needed, and added to our preloved collection.

  • Another bride gets the chance to fall in love with it, continuing its journey. 💫

  • Do you purchase gowns back made by other designers?

Unfortunately , no. Our Buyback program has been specifically designed for Love Me Twice.

If you have a gown from another designer, you can apply for our Consignment Placement here.

  • If I bring my Curated Design Collection dress in, will I get paid cash?

In order to keep track of the orders that are selected from the Curated Design Collection for the Buyback Program, we provide payment via bank transfer or PayPal after inspecting the gown.

​

  • If I purchase a preloved gown from Love Me Twice, will you buy that back?

Our Curated Design Collection is the only collection eligible for Buyback.

Preloved gowns are eligible for consignment.

Hire gowns are perfect for the bride who wants to return the gown!
